How to Order

6. We’ll print your artwork exactly as submitted.

Sizing Note

Transfer sizes are measured by WIDTH. The height will vary proportionally based on the original shape of your design.

For example, a design selected at 10" wide may print at 10"W × 12"H if that is the natural proportion of the artwork.

We will not stretch or distort your design to force it into a square.

Shirt-size recommendations are provided as a guide only. Please select the exact transfer width you would like printed.

Turnaround Time

Standard Printing

Standard DTF orders placed by 2:00 PM are printed by the next business day at no additional charge.

Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cutoff will move to the following business day's print schedule.

Same-Day Priority Rush: +$25

Rush service moves your order into our priority print queue ahead of standard-turnaround orders.

Same-day service is subject to availability and is intended for print-ready artwork. Files requiring corrections, transparency work, resizing, or other preparation may affect turnaround time.

Local Pickup: You will be notified when your transfers are ready for pickup.

Shipping Orders: Production turnaround does not include carrier transit time. Your order will ship after production is complete.

File Requirements

For the best results, please submit:

• Transparent PNG

• 300 DPI recommended

• High-resolution, clear artwork

• No screenshots

• No unwanted backgrounds, borders, or halos

Images are printed exactly as uploaded.

We do not proof every customer-provided file before printing. Please carefully review your artwork, spelling, image quality, transparency, and sizing before completing your order.

Background removal, resizing, and basic file preparation are available for an additional fee.

Transparency & Resizing / File Prep Fee

Files submitted for DTF printing should be transparent, properly sized, and print-ready.

If your artwork requires background removal/transparency or resizing before printing, the following file preparation fee will be added:

1–5 designs/files: $5
6–10 designs/files: $10
11+ designs/files: $20

There is no file preparation fee for artwork submitted transparent, correctly sized, and ready to print.

Please note: This fee covers basic transparency and resizing only. Extensive artwork corrections, redesigns, recreations, or other design work may require an additional design fee.

Pressing Instructions

Temperature: 300°F
Pressure: Medium to Firm
Press Time: 10–15 seconds
Peel: Cold Peel — Allow the transfer to cool completely before removing the carrier film.

Second Press: Cover the design with parchment paper, butcher paper, or a Teflon sheet and press for an additional 5–10 seconds for maximum durability and a smooth finish.

Please ensure your heat press is properly calibrated for accurate temperature and pressure.

Care Instructions

• Wait 24 hours before washing.

• Wash garment inside out in cold water.

• Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

• Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

• Do not iron directly on the design.

Important Information

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor and screen settings.

• Transfer sizes are based on the selected print width.

• Height varies proportionally according to the design.

• Customer is responsible for selecting the desired print width.

• We are not responsible for application errors caused by incorrect pressing techniques, temperatures, pressure, or equipment.

By uploading your artwork, you acknowledge that your design will be printed exactly as submitted. Pam's Custom Creations is not responsible for low-resolution or pixelated images, spelling errors, unwanted backgrounds, incorrect sizing selections, or poor image quality in customer-provided artwork.
